I've returned my item - how long does the refund take?Updated 9 months ago

Returns will be processed within 1-2 working days of the package arriving back to our warehouse. Public Holidays, sale periods or peak trading times may impact these timeframes. 

If you have selected 'refund' as the outcome for your return - a $15.00 handling fee will be taken out of the total.

Refunds will generally appear back to the original payment method within 1-5 days, depending on your bank.
