You can start a return by visiting our Returns Portal via the Returns & Shipping section of our website.

Enter your order details and follow the prompts to lodge your return.

Please note: We no longer include QR codes on packing slips.

If you're unable to generate a return through the portal or experience any issues, please contact our Customer Experience team with your order number, and we'll be happy to assist.

Our Returns Portal generates FedEx return labels.

Once you've received your FedEx return label, simply print it, attach it to your parcel, and either:

• Drop your parcel off at your nearest FedEx location, or
• Book a free FedEx collection by calling 13 26 10. You don't need a FedEx account—simply provide your return tracking number when booking your collection.

Please ensure your parcel is left in a safe location if arranging a collection.

If you'd prefer to return your parcel using Australia Post, you're welcome to do so; however, we do not provide Australia Post return labels. Any Australia Post shipping costs will be at your own expense.
