You can initiate a return on our website under 'Returns and Shipping' or click here to be taken straight to our Returns Portal.
There is also a QR code on your packing slip which can take you to the returns portal. Please ensure you are using the correct returns portal for your region e.g US, Australia or NZ.
Once you submit your details and chose the outcome of your return, a pre-paid shipping label will be sent to you via email. Please print and attach this to your package and drop it off to your nearest carrier location.
AU returns are currently supported by FedEx.

If there is not a drop off location near you, you can also book a free pick up from your address by calling on 13 26 10 - you do not need to provide them with an account number if you do not have one. Simply quote them your packages tracking number and they will be able to help you.
Please ensure the package is left in a safe place for the driver.
