Can I cancel or make changes to my online order?Updated 9 months ago
If you need to cancel your order please reach out to our support team as soon as possible. Once successfully cancelled, funds will appear back to the original payment method between 1-3 business days.
Our warehouse work quickly - if you need to change a size or color of an item in your order please let us know ASAP. We may not always be able to make changes to an order before it is dispatched such as during sale periods.
We are unable to add items to your order after it’s been confirmed, as we don’t have the authority to recharge your payment method. You can either place a new order for the extra items, or cancel your order and place a new order with all of the items you need together.
