Mystery Bags contain a selection of items chosen entirely at random and are designed to offer exceptional value.

Each Mystery Bag may include a mix of:

• End-of-line styles.
• Sample pieces.
• New season products.
• Accessories.

The contents of Mystery Bags cannot be selected or customised.

When purchasing a Mystery Bag, all items inside will be the same size as the size you select at checkout. We are unable to mix sizes within a Mystery Bag or accommodate requests for specific items, colours, or styles.

If you purchase more than one Mystery Bag, whether in the same order or across multiple orders, there is a chance you may receive duplicate items.

Returns

All Mystery Bag sales are final and are not eligible for a refund, store credit, or exchange due to change of mind, sizing, colour, or duplicate items.

The only exception is if you receive an incorrect item or a product that is deemed faulty. If this occurs, please contact our Customer Experience team, and we'll be happy to assist.
